Putney School Field House, Putney VT - 15,000 sf, multi-purpose field house, at this independent, boarding, day school for grades 9-12. The facility is a net zero building, which will produce more energy than it consumes. This project was designed for LEED Platinum Certification. David was the Senior Project Manager and Engineer of Record on this project, in charge of the structural design and coordination with the architectural design, including the details related to the thermal envelope.

Vermont Law School, Debevoise Hall, South Royalton, VT - Renovated and expanded campus building, that blends modern energy saving technology with historic restoration. This project was awarded LEED Silver Certification. David was the Senior Project Manager and Engineer of Record on this project, in charge of the structural design including the alterations and additions to the existing structure.

Seventh Generation, Burlington, VT - Structural engineering services were provided for this 19,000 sf headquarters for a natural product marketer. Design included a new floor opening, new stair framing and railings, exterior base for a generator, and other structural design. This project was awarded LEED Gold. David was the Senior Project Manager and Engineer of Record on this project, in charge of the structural design and the modifications to the existing structure to accommodate the architectural design concept.

Hunger Mountain Food COOP, Montpelier, VT - Structural services were provided for a series of additions to this existing food COOP building. Included were a series of walk-in coolers, an addition to the café, additional office space, extension of the mezzanine, and new loading docks. David was the Senior Project Manager and Engineer of Record on this project, in overall charge of the structural design.

Lake & College Building, Burlington, VT - A unique, $12M four-story 80,000 sf building which includes mixed uses of restaurants, retail space, offices, public spaces, and underground parking. Civil work included integration of the building and site to a refurbished public park on the upper level and a public waterfront street at the main level. Received LEED Silver Certification, and an ACEC Excellence in Engineering award. David was the Senior Project Manager and Engineer of Record on this project, responsible for all aspects of the structural design.
